IP65 junction boxes for industrial, township and solar wiring

What is an electrical junction box

As an extension of our Electrical services team, we also make a wide range of electrical junction box. The junction box range is characterized by weather-resistant construction for safety and durability of rain. The range of electrical distribution box is superior in quality and thus high on demand in the industry. It can extensively be installed for the industrial, township, housing societies, and solar applications.

Functions of electrical junction box

Distribute the supply of electrical energy from a transformer or solar power and distribute it to load that is the main function of the Electrical Junction Box via busbar and cable. In effect, the Array Junction box is a very basic form of LT power System and solar power system.

What’s New in an electrical distribution box

Additionally, all Electrical Junction Box having undergone pretreatment for Decreasing, Water rinsing & De-rusting/ Phosphating, also all electrical pillar-box Painted with Powder Coated or Synthetic enamel as per the requirements. After that, seven tank processes made by the painter. Similarly, Bus Bars / Internal Wiring uniform cross-section and supported by SMC and DMC bases. Similarly, earthing Bus Bars running all along with the Panel. In Conclusion, the Mini feeder pillar is an important aspect of electrical control panels and LT panels.

An electrical junction box is an enclosure where cables are terminated, tapped, looped or protected — the point where a feeder splits to several loads, where a cable changes size, or where an isolator or small distribution is needed close to the equipment. Accu-Panels Energy manufactures junction boxes from 100 × 100 mm to 1200 × 1000 mm in CRCA, stainless steel or polycarbonate, plain or fitted with terminals, MCBs, isolators and glands, for factories, housing societies, infrastructure and solar plants.

Frequently asked questions

Which IP rating should a junction box have?

IP54 for dry indoor plant areas, IP65 for outdoor, washdown and dusty locations, IP66 for coastal or high-pressure wash areas.

Metal or polycarbonate?

Polycarbonate is non-conductive, corrosion-free and light for small outdoor boxes; CRCA or stainless steel suits larger boxes, higher ratings and mechanical protection.

Can you supply boxes pre-wired?

Yes. Boxes are delivered with terminals, MCBs or isolators fitted, wired, labelled and routine-tested, with drawings.

Minimum order quantity?

Single custom boxes are supplied; standard sizes are stocked for repeat orders.
