CPRI type-tested LT panels for industry, infrastructure and solar
An LT panel (low-tension or low-voltage switchboard) is any switchgear assembly operating below 1000 V AC — in India typically 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, and 800 V AC for string-inverter solar plants. Accu-Panels Energy is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, CPRI type-tested LT panel manufacturer in Ahmedabad, building power control centres, motor control centres, APFC, AMF, synchronising and distribution boards to IEC 61439-1/2 from 100 A to 6300 A, with short-time withstand up to 80 kA for 1 s and IP42 to IP65 enclosures.

| Rated current and Icw | 100 A to 6300 A; 50 kA, 65 kA or 80 kA for 1 s |
| Form of separation | Form 1 to Form 4b per IEC 61439-2 |
| Degree of protection | IP42 / IP54 indoor, IP55 / IP65 outdoor (IEC 60529) |
| Enclosure and finish | 2.0 mm CRCA frame, 1.6 mm doors; 7-tank pre-treatment; powder coat or C5 anti-corrosion system |
| Busbars | Electrolytic copper or aluminium, sleeved, on SMC/DMC supports |
How to specify an LT panel
Give us six inputs and we can size and price the panel: (1) single-line diagram, (2) incoming source and transformer or DG rating, (3) fault level in kA at the panel, (4) list of outgoing feeders with ratings, (5) site conditions — indoor/outdoor, ambient, coastal or dusty, and (6) preferred switchgear make. We return a GA drawing, BOM and offer, then build to IEC 61439 with routine tests on every unit. Read what IEC 61439 type-tested really means and how to choose an electrical panel manufacturer.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between LT and HT panels?
LT (low-tension) panels operate below 1000 V AC — 415 V or 800 V in practice. HT panels switch 3.3 kV to 33 kV and use vacuum circuit breakers. Accu-Panels manufactures LT panels and the LT side of HT/LT substations.
Is “IEC 61439 compliant” the same as type-tested?
No. Type-tested means a representative panel of the same design was physically tested at an independent laboratory such as CPRI. “Compliant” or “as per IEC” may only mean the drawing follows the standard. Ask for the test report.
Which IP rating do I need?
IP42 or IP54 for clean indoor electrical rooms, IP55 for dusty plants, IP65 for outdoor or washdown areas and solar sites.
Do you export LT panels?
Yes. Accu-Panels supplies CE-marked LT panels to Africa, the Middle East and other export markets, with sea-worthy packing and documentation.
What is a typical delivery time?
4 to 8 weeks from drawing approval depending on panel size and switchgear availability.
